Mary Mcguire

Madison – Mary Kay (Sullivan) McGuire, age 80, passed away at Brookdale Senior Living on April 28, 2022, surrounded by her family, after a long battle with Dementia.  She was born on March 18, 1942, the daughter of Kenneth and Virginia (Carey) Sullivan.  She married the love of her life Mike McGuire on September 27, 1965.

Mary graduated from Edgewood High school in 1960 and Marquette University in 1964.  Mary was liked by many, and she will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by her husband of 56 years Mike; children Maureen, Michael, Molly, Matthew; sister, Francis Ann; five grandchildren; three nieces; and one nephew.

The family would like to give special thanks to Agrace Hospice for their caring and compassion during Mary’s last 2 weeks.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at OUR LADY QUEEN OF PEACE CATHOLIC CHURCH, 405 S. Owen Dr., Madison, on Friday, May 20, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. with Father Rich Litzau presiding.  She will be laid to rest with her parents at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery.
