Mary Eidsmoe

Mary E. Eidsmoe passed away on Sunday May 26, 2013, surrounded by her family at Meriter Hospital in Madison. She was born on February 26, 1922 to Anna and George Lemberger. She was a lifetime resident of Madison and a 1940 graduate of Central High School. She was employed by both Rohde's Steak House and Madison Gas & Electric, before her retirement in 1987. Mary married Russell Eidsmoe in 1950. They had seven children. Her survivors are four daughters: Kay (John) Hocking, Cuba City; Jeanne Hollenbeck (Neil Ball), East Dubuque, Illinois; Joanne Rosas, Mary (Bryan) McMillan of Madison; three sons: Paul, David of Madison; Kenneth of Evansville; 11 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother and former husband. There will be no visitation. A private burial service will be held at Forest Hill Cemetery in Madison, Wisconsin on June 15, 2013. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the family.
