Mary Borowski

Town of Westport - Mary "Jane" Borowski, age 64 passed away unexpectedly at her home on Monday, April 25, 2016. She was born on January 7, 1952 in Aurora, Illinois, the daughter of Oliver and Mary Louise Miller. Mary had a passion for genealogy research and loved to read; especially science fiction and history. She loved animals and recently rescued her new best friend, a young pup she named "Skitzy" who she loved dearly.


As a mother her greatest gift was the sacrifices she made for her children so they could have a better life than she had. She was revitalized with the birth of her granddaughter Meija who she loved more than the world and then again with the birth of Ariana her second granddaughter. Her loving spirit will be with them for eternity.


Mary is survived by her two children; Bill (fianc� Karen Symanski) Borowski and Greg (Alexandra) Borowski, two granddaughters; Meija and Ariana, her sister; Marilyn Jean (Terry) Schlott and her two brothers; Steve Miller and Mike (Cindy) Miller. Mary is also survived by other loving family and friends. She was preceded in death by her mother and sister Janice "Kay" Miller.

There will be a private ceremony held on May 7th, 2015
