Marion L. Sigerstad

Stoughton- Marion L. Sigerstad, age 88, passed away on Wednesday, September 22, 2010 at Skaalen Home in Stoughton.  She was born on April 2, 1922, the daughter of John and Mabel ( Anderson) Wanhagen.  Marion married Richard B. Sigerstad.  She was devoted to her family and friends and enjoyed collecting antiques.  Marion is survived by her daughter, Dianne (Bob) Jensen; grandchildren, Christopher ( Myra) Jensen, Scott Jensen, Erik Jensen and Sara Jensen; six great grandchildren; sister, June Dahl; many relatives and friends.  She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband in 1977.  Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, September 25, 2010 at Skaalen Home Chapel, 400 N. Morris Street, Stoughton, with Rev. James Koza officiating.  Friends may greet the family from 10:00 AM until the time of services on Saturday.  Burial will take place in Riverside Cemetery.  Memorials may be made to Skaalen Nursing Home and Covenant Lutheran Church.
