Margaret (Peggy) Ulber, 86, of Madison, Wisconsin died September 15, 2013. She was born to Alexander and Esther (Racz) Kish on August 20, 1927, in Hammond, Indiana. Peggy graduated from Dean Academy in 1945 and Dean Junior College in 1947 in Franklin, Massachusetts. She also took art and art education classes at the Art Institute of Chicago and Purdue University-Calumet. She married Norman Ulber in 1950 and they were longtime residents of Munster, Indiana.
Peggy was a member of Faith United Church of Christ in Hammond, Indiana, and sang in the choir. She was also a Girl Scout leader during the 1960s. Her love of art and design was an inspiration to her daughters.
Margaret is survived by her husband Norman, her children Meg Hannah of Madison, Wisconsin, and Carie Dabdoub of Bartlett, Illinois, and one grandchild. A memorial service will be held at Faith United Church of Christ in the near future.
