Windsor - Margaret C. Brown, age 93 passed away at her home on Thursday, February 7, 2013 with her loving family by her side. She was born on October 14, 1919 in Dane, the daughter of John and Margaret Hyslop. Margaret was united in marriage to Walter Trevor Brown on June 5, 1948. Together they resided in Seattle, WA, Park Forest, Il for 14 years and Windsor, WI since 1967. She worked for Wisconsin Central Colony for over 20 years until her retirement. She was a faithful and active member of Good Shepherd Episcopal Church in Sun Prairie. Margaret was the founder of Happy Days School for the disabled in Cook County, Illinois, which is still in existence today. In her spare time she enjoyed a good game of bridge and she was an avid clothes shopper. Most of all she cherished the time she spent with her family. Margaret is survived by her husband of 64 years, Trevor of Windsor, three children; Jeff (Diane) Brown of the Villages, FL, Bill Brown of Windsor, and Karla Winningham of Madison, two grandsons; Brandon Winningham of Little Rock, AR and Justin Winningham of Minot, ND and four great grandchildren; Jade Reynolds and Cody Evans, Evan and Jonah Winningham. She is also survived by other loving family and friends. Margaret was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, Reed, Jack and Robert and a sister, Ruth. Funeral services will be held at GOOD SHEPHERD EPISCOPAL CHURCH, 3416 Swansee Ridge, Sun Prairie on Monday, February 11, 2013 at 11:00 am with Father Mike Tess officiating. A visitation will be held at the church on Monday from 9:00 am until the time of services. Graveside services will be held at Vienna Cemetery on Tuesday, February 12, 2013 at 9:00 am. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in memory of Margaret to Good Shepherd Episcopal Church, 3416 Swansee Ridge, Sun Prairie, WI 53590.
