Lynnette Sue Reinfeldt, 75, of Marshall, passed away at her home on Tuesday, June 30, 2026.

Lynnette was born on August 31, 1950, in Richland Center, Wisconsin, to Archie and Ruth (Dull) McKittrick. She graduated from North Crawford High School in 1968 and earned her bachelor's degree in Home Economics Education from UW–Stout in 1972. She devoted many years to teaching, beginning in Home Economics at Waterloo High School before later teaching Special Education in the Pardeeville School District.

She was a member of the Cambridge Community Quilters, the Monday Morning Exercise Group at the Marshall Library, and was a faithful member of Marshall United Methodist Church.

Lynnette enjoyed quilting, playing Scrabble, traveling, and spending time with her granddaughters, whom she adored.

Lynnette will be remembered for her gentle spirit, quiet strength, kind heart, and unwavering love for her family. She found joy in encouraging others, welcoming people into her home, and celebrating life's simple moments with those she loved most.

Lynnette is survived by her husband, Bernie Reinfeldt; her sons, Jon (Nichole) Reinfeldt and Adam (Katie) Reinfeldt; her granddaughters, Ella, Alyson, and Autumn; her siblings, David (Linda) McKittrick, Bonnie Christopherson, Ronnie (Barbe) McKittrick, and Diane (Delbert) Miller; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, dear friends, and beloved former colleagues.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Archie and Ruth McKittrick, and her sister, Anita Johnson.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, July 17, 2026, at Cress Funeral Service, 1310 Emerald Terrace, Sun Prairie, WI 53590. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service, with a time of fellowship immediately following.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Lynnette's memory to the American Parkinson Disease Association, Marshall United Methodist Church, or a charity of the donor's choice.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Laurie Kuhn, Dr. Laura Buyan-Dent, physical therapist Rachael Dawson, and the many other UW Health caregivers who provided Lynnette with exceptional care and compassion.
