Louise Goeden

Dane: Louise C. Goeden, age 77, of Dane died October 12, 2014 at Agrace HospiceCare in Fitchburg. She was born Oct. 30, 1936 to Frank and Adeline (Ripp) Ziegler. Louise married Rodney Goeden March 5, 1957 at St. Peter's in Ashton.
She enjoyed cooking and serving big meals to family and friends. After that there were card games and board games to be played. Louise enjoyed gardening and taking care of her flowers. She accomplished her goal of being in all fifty states last year by going to New Mexico for the hot air balloon festival.
Louise is survived by her husband Rodney, daughter, Sharon Roberson and husband Steve Friend, and two sons; Richard (Milissa) Goeden and David (Kimberly) Goeden, six grandchildren; Craig Roberson and Cory (Maria) Roberson, Emily and Elizabeth Goeden, and Duncan and Hamish Goeden, and three step grandchildren; Stephen, Manuel and Myles Friend. She is further survived by her brother, Leo (Carol) Ziegler, sister Selma (William) Curran, and sister in laws Elaine and Hermina Ziegler. She was preceded in death by two sons, Gary and Robert Goeden, and three brothers; Leonard, Jerome, and Clarence, and sister in law Betty Ziegler.
Visitation will be from 4-7 pm Thursday, October 16, 2014 at Winn-Cress Funeral Home, 5785 Hwy Q, Waunakee, WI, and also from 10:00 am until 10:50 am Friday, October 17, 2014 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 209 South St. Waunakee, WI. A Mass of Christian burial will follow at 11:00 am at the church, with Msgr. James L. Gunn officiating.
