She was an avid tennis player who played well into her seventies at Nielsen Tennis Stadium and throughout the community. Jean's other interests included: bicycling, camping, fishing, cross country skiing, ice skating, table tennis, traveling, playing cards, playing piano, and singing in the church choir.
