Liya Tsinovaya

Liya Tsinovaya, age 83, passed away on Tuesday, December 10, 2013 at Agrace HopsiceCare. She was born on February 25, 1930 to Abram and Bertha in the city of Kiev, Ukraine. In 1992, Liya immigrated to the United States and settled in Madison. She is survived by her nephew, Roman Kaplan and his family; and niece, Yelena Kurolapnik, and her family. She was preceded in death by her parents; and a sister, Dora Kaplan. A gathering will be held from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. TODAY, Thursday, December 12, 2013 at CRESS FUNERAL HOME, 3610 Speedway Road, Madison. Burial will follow at Forest Hill Cemetery. The family would like to thank Jewish Social Services for their long standing help from her immigration to her death.
