Linda Williams

Madison -- Linda Williams, age 52, passed away on Tuesday, April 21, 2009 , after a long illness. She was born on July 15, 19 56 in Americus , Georgia the daughter of Henry and Mary ( Lincoln ) Lockhart. She was employed by Meriter Hospital for many years.   Linda loved her family and enjoyed playing bingo and cookouts.   She leaves behind many family to cherish her memories, which include; her loving husband and long time friend; George Brown, two daughters; Shawnta K. Vaughns of Madison and Shannon Schrank of Madison, mother; Mary E. Lewis of Madison, two sisters, Mattie Lockhart of Madison and Diane (Sylvester) Blow of Fort Wayne, IN; two brothers, Kenneth Lockhart of Madison and Terry (Suzanne) Lockhart of Atlanta, GA; aunt; Mattie L. Lincoln of Madison, her best friend Robin McKeown of Madison and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. She will be missed by everyone who knew and loved her.  Linda was preceded in death by her father; Henry B. Lockhart. Private family services will be held. We love you but God loved you best .
