Linda Meeks

MADISON-Linda L. Meeks, age 72, of Madison, passed away on Nov. 18, 2017, at Meadowmere Assisted Living. She was born on August 24, 1945, in Jacksonville, FL, the daughter of Merilyn Mosely-Hodges. Linda enjoyed playing bingo, watching TV and movies, and reading. She was a big animal lover and enjoyed going to hang out at the beach. Linda also loved to eat seafood and to shop for her large collection of pocketbooks.

Linda is survived by her daughter, Michele Sumrell (partner, Lupe Reyes); son, Michael Forehand; brother, Kenneth Jones (wife, Connie); brother, Dana Crumpton (husband, Ron, and daughter, Sophie); and two grandkids, Jacob and Angel Forehand. She is preceded by her husband, Donald Meeks; mother, Merilyn Mosely-Hodges; brother, Bobby Jones; and sister, Peggy Jones.

Private family services will be held at a later date in Florida.
