Lawrence Farino

Madison - Lawrence R. "Larry" Farino, age 61, passed away on Monday, October 31, 2016 at Stoughton Hospital of Frontotemporal Dementia (FTD). He was born on December 26, 1954 to Richard and Angelina (Palumbo) Farino in Madison. Larry enjoyed golfing, going to the races, and spending time with his friends and family. Larry is survived by his daughters, Sarah and Michelle Farino; his sister, Rita Miller; and brother, Pat Farino. He was preceded in death by his parents. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 5, 2016 at GOOD SHEPHERD PARISH AT ST. JAMES CATHOLIC CHURCH, 1128 St. James Court, Madison with Msgr. Thomas F. Baxter presiding. A visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Memorials may be made to Stoughton Hospital Foundation, in care of Larry Farino, for the Geriatric Psychiatry Unit, 900 Ridge Street, Stoughton, WI 53589. The family wants to express appreciation to all the staff at Stoughton Hospital on the Geriatric Psychiatry floor, for all of their care and compassion over the past three weeks.
