Lavonne Blakley

Madison - LaVonne Harriet Blakley, age 70, passed away on Thursday, June 4, 2015. She was born on September 6, 1943 in Madison the daughter of William and Violet (Wolfe) Butzine.

LaVonne was a lifelong Madison area resident. On March 12, 1979, LaVonne was united in marriage to John Blakley in Oklahoma City, OK. In her spare time, she loved to read. LaVonne will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her two sisters, Arlene Dwyer of Madison and Hazel Ward of Marshall; nieces and nephews, Rochelle Sopko, Rachel Parduhn, Randy Dwyer, Edward Ward, John Ward and Vicky West. She is also survived by many other loving family and friends.
LaVonne was preceded in death by her parents, her husband John; two daughters, Beverly and Teresa; her son William, a brother Phillip and two sisters Darlene "Dolly" and Carolyn.

A visitation will be held at CRESS FUNERAL HOME, 3325 E. Washington Ave., Madison on Tuesday, June 9, 2015 from 4:00pm to 7:00 pm.
The family would like to extend special thank you to the staff at Oak Park for giving LaVonne such loving and tender care.
