Lairy Aurthur Eldridge “Duck” passed away Tuesday January 20, 2026, at University hospital in Madison. Lairy was born March 24, 1951, in Missouri to Viola and Roy Eldridge. He spent 6 years serving in the United States Air Force and was stationed in Aviano, Italy. After an honorable discharge, Lairy worked as a grinder for APV Crepaco for 29 years before they closed. Later, he worked 7 years with his son, Spencer, at Johnson industries.

He is survived by his sons: Kyle (Jen) Eldridge and Spencer (Rissa) Eldridge; three step sons: Shane Roberts, Nathan Pies, and Bradly Pies; grandchildren: Lillian, Logan, and Haily Eldridge; sister: Linda (Steve) Rice; and sisters in law: Diane Eldridge and Lucille Eldridge. Lairy was preceded in death by his parents; two sons: Larry and James Eldridge; wife Denise (Sikorski) Eldridge, granddaughter Josie Eldridge; seven brothers; and many other family members.

A Celebration of Lairy’s life will be held from 1-5:00 PM on Saturday, February 7, 2026 at the American Legion Post 279, 279 American Legion Circle, Marshall, WI 53559.
