Kenneth Thompson

Madison - Kenneth "Kenny" Charles Thompson, age 54, of Madison, passed away on Friday, January 4, 2013, from a long standing illness.
Kenny was born on July 31, 1958 to Eddie Thompson and Charlotte (Johnson) Nash. A long-time resident of Madison, Kenny was a former employee of the City of Madison and various Madison and Fitchburg establishments.
He is survived by his mother, Charlotte Nash of Madison; daughter and grandson, Kalisha (Michael) and Michael Thompson of Fitchburg; his three sisters, Regina Thompson of Evanston, IL, Lynn Thompson of Milwaukee, and Laura Thompson Simon (Steven) of Teaneck, NJ; his niece, Michele Thompson Foldenauer (Gary) and her children, Khadija Andrews, Jelani Andrews, and Jonathan Foldenauer of Fishers, IN; and his niece, Aneiya Thompson, and nephew, Anthony Bryant, both of Milwaukee.
He was preceded in death by his father and youngest daughter Marciana Thompson.
In remembrance of Kenny, a gathering will be held at the Cress Funeral Home, 3610 Speedway Drive, Madison on Friday, January 11, 2013, from 11:00 AM until 2:00 PM.
