Kenneth H. Ripp, age 67, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, October 28, 2026. Ken was born the oldest son of Eugene and Jean (Haag) Ripp on January 14,1959. Ken was a proud graduate of the Class of 1977 from Lodi High School.
In his younger years ¨Chew¨ enjoyed playing ball with classmates, hunting, helping on the family farm, fishing up north with his friends & family and teaching us all the ways of a good euchre game. Ken enjoyed getting away for the weekend with his loving and dedicated wife Nancy at the cottage. Ken retired from Carl F. Statz after 35 years.
Ken enjoyed his time spent with those he loved, especially his four Granddaughters. If there was a dance recital, ball game or cheer performance, Papa would be there with the biggest smile. While not everyone got to see the softer side of him, it was definitely in there, earning him the nickname of Teddy by his mom.
Ken is survived by his wife, Nancy, His children, Jennifer Esser, Derek Ripp, Cassie (Pat), and Corinna (Ryan) Schell. His Granddaughters Cailynn, Carleigh, Cadence and Camryn. His siblings Keith (Lori) Ripp, Colleen (Ken) Pertzborn, Kevin (Karen) Ripp, Chris (Chuck) Schaeffer and best friend Bryan (Daryl) Holliday. In-laws Karl (Judy) Howard, Scott (Diane) Moll, Jennifer (Tim) Bolan as well as many family members and friends.
