Kenneth Droster

Kenneth William Droster celebrated his heavenly birthday on Sunday, September 25, 2016 when he entered into eternal life with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ at the age of 75.

Kenneth was born in Madison, WI on October 24, 1940 to Raymond and Eleanore Droster. He attended Madison Lutheran School and graduated from Concordia High School. In Milwaukee, Wisconsin, several years later, he graduated from the Lutheran Lay Training Institute in Milwaukee and he served as a youth worker on the south side of Chicago for several years, before the secular workforce, ending up in the printing industry. Upon his retirement in 2001, he moved back to the Sun Prairie area, where he continued to volunteer his time in various activities.

He is survived by two sons, Clinton, South Euclid, Ohio and Tobin of Jacksonville, FL, three step-children, Ted Robinson, Denver CO, Derrick (Terri) Robinson of Chandler, AZ, Christal Mosley Chicago, IL, several grandchildren, great grandchildren, a brother; Ralph (June) Droster of Pensacola, FL, nieces, a nephew and a former wife and friend, Rita Droster of Cleveland Heights, OH.

Kenneth was proceeded in by his parents and one brother, Roger.

Funeral services will be held at IMMANUEL LUTHERAN CHURCH, 1021 Spaight Street, Madison on Saturday, October 1, 2016 at 12 Noon with Reverend Michael Erdman officiating. A visitation will be held at the church on Saturday from 11:00 am until the time of services. Graveside services will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Monona, WI.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in memory of Kenneth to Immanuel Lutheran Church, 1021 Spaight Street, Madison, WI 53703.
