June B. Severson

June B. Severson, age 75, passed away in Madison on Tuesday, September 14, 2010.   She was born in Stoughton on June 7, 1935, a daughter of Carl and Lena (Breitzman) Gunderson.   In 1952, she was united in marriage to Roy Severson.  June enjoyed spending time with her family, baking, and crafts.   She was a member of McFarland Lutheran Church and a member of the McFarland Tops chapter for over 30 years.   She is survived by 3 daughters, Bonnie (Jim) Omit, Kathy (David) Gray, and Karen (Michael) Wiessinger; 5 grandchildren, Jim Packard, Michelle (Paul) Gray, Nick Gray, Jamie Severson, and Corinna Wiessinger; 5 great grandchildren, Alex, Julia, Cimantha June, Lexi, Trevor, and Avante; 2 brothers, Roger and Claude Gunderson; and a sister, Janet Clemens.   She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy; a son, Ronald; and a grandson, Michael; three brothers, Ben, Rolland and Marvin Gunderson; and a sister, Betty Gunderson.   Funeral services will be held on Friday, September 17, 2010 at 11:00 am at the Olson-Holzhuter-Cress Funeral Home in McFarland, with the Rev. Jerry Pribbenow officiating.   Burial will take place in East Koshkonong Cemetery in Cambridge.   The family will greet friends at the funeral home on Friday from 10:00 am until the time of service.
