DeForest - June L. Harm, age 100, passed away on Friday, March 28, 2014. Her long life on Earth has come to an end, a brief prelude to her eternal life in the loving arms of God. June was born on September 18, 1913, in the DeForest area, the oldest child of Louis and Ada (Monson) Lewison. She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by her family. June was a wonderful and devoted wife and mother who gave of herself to help others as long as she was able.
She is survived by her son, Robert; a daughter, Margaret (John) Fiumefreddo; grandchildren, Amy Lewison and John Fiumefreddo; her sister, Alice and her family as well as other dear members of her extended family.
June was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest, an infant daughter, Lois, and many family members of her generation including her brother, Lloyd and sister, Ruth.
A funeral service will be held at the UNITED IN CHRIST LUTHERAN CHURCH, 4650 Hwy DM, Morrisonville, on Tuesday, April 1, 2014, at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor T. Brent Walsworth and Pastor O. Rolf Olson officiating. Burial will follow at Norway Grove Cemetery. A visitation will be held at church on Tuesday from 12:30 p.m. until the time of the service.
