Judith Rose Orlowski (Rothe) of New Lisbon, WI - blessed this world on July 25, 1950. She was the daughter of Lee and Laura Rothe and sister to Greg, Donna, and Todd. She married Carl Lovegreen June 27, 1970, and together they had Michelle, Eric, and Rachel. Judy and Carl parted ways after 18 years of marriage. On February 27, 1993, she married Rick Orlowski, and they shared 34 years together before Rick's passing on 12/1/24.
Judy has always had a calm quiet way about her, an inner strength that knew no bounds. She loved her family fiercely and with all her heart.
After many years of working to support her family, Judy was able to retire in 2017. She spent her days walking for hours with her beloved dog and sidekick, Pete. They would roam fields and spend the time exploring. In the summer you could find her in the beautiful garden she created and nurtured, she was so proud of her garden and looked forward to spring every year anxiously awaiting the beautiful blooms.
Judy leaves behind her children - Michelle (Alan), Eric (Sarah), Rachel (Chuck). Grandkids – Orion (Brittany), Kelsey (Clayton), Erica (Neidy), Michaela, Amelia, and Todd. Great Grandkids – Alice, Michael, Samuel, LeRoy, and Oliver. Judy is further survived by her brother Greg, sister Donna, and 5 nieces and their families. She also leaves behind her neighborhood community of beloved friends that she treasured and loved dearly.
She has now joined those who left before her - father Lee, mother Laura, brother Todd, husband Rick, her children’s father Carl, two grandsons Zachary and Shawn, and her beloved dog, Pete.
There will be Celebration of her Life in the spring/early summer at her home as her flowers bloom in remembrance and honor of her.
Our Mom was everything that 1 Corinthians 13:4-8 describes:
Love is patient, Love is kind, It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud, it does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs, Love does not delight in evil, but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres, love never fails
We will love you always and forever Mom! Every time we see flowers and hummingbirds, or a swallow that is looking for a place to build a nest we will know you are near!
