Judith Fuhrer

Waunakee/Madison, Judith A. Fuhrer, age 67, passed away Saturday, Nov. 14, 2015, at Agrace HospiceCare in the loving arms of her husband Manfred Fuhrer and surrounded by her loved ones. She was born October, 28 1948, the daughter of Nora (Weger) and John Nesthus, who preceded her in death. Judy was fun loving, carefree, selfless with an amazing sense of humor who gave her love to everyone she came in contact with unconditionally. She enjoyed long drives in the country, going to the Dells, listening to the oldies, exploring vintage thrift shops, and playing with her grandchildren. She was retired from MARC, where she worked selflessly for 30+ years and had many friends.

Judy is survived by her husband of 47 years, Manfred Fuhrer. Her 4 sons Todd T. Fuhrer (Tammy), Timothy M. Fuhrer, Terence B. Fuhrer (Elizabeth), Travis R. Fuhrer (Tracy), 9 grandchildren and 2 brothers Dan Nesthus (Kris), and Rick Nesthus (Darlene).

A gathering will be held from 2:00-4:00 PM on Wednesday, November 18, 2015 at the Cress Center, 6021 University Ave. Madison with a celebration of life following at 4:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to the family.
