Joyce Weigel

Madison: Joyce Marie Weigel, age 77, passed away peacefully at home February 3, 2018. She was born Dec 14, 1940, the daughter of Walter and Laura (Mahr) McGarry in Hillsboro. Joyce married Raymond J. Weigel on April 15, 1961 and they were married for 28 years. After raising her son, Joyce became a successful real estate agent, and stock trader. She was also an accomplished airplane pilot. Joyce loved to be outdoors, where she enjoyed both water and snow skiing, boating, hiking, and sunny days at the beach. She is survived by her son Brennen J. Weigel, daughter-in-law Kelly J. Weigel, her grandchildren; Carson J. Weigel, and Mackenzie Rae Weigel, her sister, Dorthy Coakley, and nieces and nephews. Joyce was preceded in death by her mother, Laura McGarry, father Walter McGarry, and a sister Patricia Vukovich. A private family service will be held. Burial will be at Holy Cross Cemetery in Milwaukee. Please share a memory.
