Joyce Ann Moeller

Joyce Ann Moeller, age 85, of Sun Prairie, Wisconsin passed away on Sunday, May 28^th, 2023 at Sun Prairie Health Care Center. She was born February 7^th, 1938 in Evansville, Wisconsin, the daughter of Morris Moore and Marian Carlson. She married Donald Eugene Moeller on May 2^nd, 1959 in St. John’s Lutheran Church in Evansville, Wisconsin.

Joyce graduated high school in Evansville, Wisconsin. She worked at the town diner and met her husband Don Moeller after high school. They were married and moved to the Wonewoc Moeller Family Farm. Her husband became a truck driver and they moved to Hudson, Wisconsin to work and raise a family. Sons Gene and Greg were born and soon friends were made and a life for her family began. Both Christ and the Lutheran church remained a center piece within her life.

Joyce enjoyed bowling, golf, raising her family and socializing with the many friends she had made. She also enjoyed holidays with families, trips, vacations, and adventures. In her free time she took to painting and loved to share her talent in handmade Christmas cards.  She worked in health care primarily throughout her life and was appreciated by many.

Joyce touched many hearts and will be missed dearly.

She is survived by son Gene (Kris) Moeller, son Greg Moeller, grand daughters Breanna Lynn, Alexandra Violet, Meagyn Isabelle, and great grandson Jayce A Wiesensel.

Joyce was preceded in death by husband Donald Eugene Moeller, father Morris Moore, mother Marian Carlson and brother Richard Moore.

Funeral Services will be held at Cress Funeral Service, 1310 Emerald Terrace, Sun Prairie, WI 53590 on Friday, June 2^nd from 5:30 – 6:30 pm, a visitation will begin at 4:00 pm until the time of service.
