Waunakee - J.R. McCollough, age 83, passed away on Friday, July 1, 2011, surrounded by family. She was born Jan. 8, 1928 in Belleville, Wis., the daughter of Rosa and Andrew Clark. Joyce was a formidable woman with an independent spirit. She loved her family dearly and will be dearly missed. She always had a loyal dog and a definite opinion. Honoring her wishes, no formal services will be held.
