Joseph Miglio

Stoughton - Joseph Phillip Miglio, age 90, passed away on Saturday, October 18, 2014 at Skaalen Nursing Home. He was born on September 4, 1924 in Cherry, Illinois, the son of Joseph and Jenny Miglio. He married Ann Rossmiller on July 30, 1955 at Saint Peter's Church in Waterford, Wisconsin.

Joe served in the Navy on the USS Wisconsin in WWII. He received his master's degree in Industrial Education from the University of Minnesota, worked in industrial sales, as an industrial training director and retired as an associate professor at Penn College in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. Joe was an avid traveler who enjoyed fishing, RVing, and bicycling.

He is survived by his wife, Ann, three children, Cheryl Ginther (James), Chris Formanek (Robert), Ross Miglio (Karen) and five grandchildren. Joe was preceded in death by beloved grandson, Johnathan.

Funeral Services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 24, 2014 at First Lutheran Church, 310 E. Washington St., Stoughton. Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service on Friday. Following the services, luncheon will be held in the church fellowship hall.

Memorials may be made to the Wounded Warrior Foundation.
