Waunakee - Joanne Emma (Domini) Hellenbrand, age 78 passed away on Wednesday, October 8, 2014 after a long illness. Joanne was born on July 25, 1936, the daughter of Stephen and Catherine (Schmitz) Domini. She was united in marriage to Ronald (Connie) Hellenbrand on September 12, 1957 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Pine Bluff. Joanne worked for the Department of Revenue until she retired. She is survived by her husband of 57 years; son, Mitch (Linda); daughters, Kim Nonn, Kelli (Paul) Hamilton, Kristi (Jim) Amelong, Lisa (Rick) Martin, Shelli (Jeff) Ellickson; grandchildren, Heather, Steven, Nicole, Joshua, Garrett, Jordan, Brandon, Taryn, Christopher, Quintin, Drew, Reed and Morgan; great grandchild, Ella; sisters, Marlene (Frank) Raemisch, Shirley Domini and Karen (Brad) Grundahl; brother-in-law, Al (Caryl) Hellenbrand; sister-in laws, Donna Hellenbrand, Carol (Bud) Bongard, Diane (Bob) Hensen and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; in-laws, Mathew and Lucy Hellenbrand; son-in-law, Tom Nonn; and brother-in-law, Vernon Hellenbrand. Visitation will be held at Winn-Cress Funeral Home, 5785 Highway Q, Waunakee from 4PM until 7PM on Monday, October 13th and on Tuesday, October 14th at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 209 South Street, Waunakee from 10AM to 11AM. The mass will follow with Monsignor James L. Gunn officiating. A special thank you to Mom's sister, Marlene, for the love and support shown to Mom and Dad during this difficult time; and the staff at Agrace Hospice, for their special care.
