Joan Pearl Mandt

Deerfield - Joan Pearl Mandt, age 95, passed away peacefully on Friday January 23, 2026, at Our House assisted living in Cambridge. She was born May 31, 1930, in Medina, Wisconsin the youngest of 4 girls to the late Fred and Ann (Hahn) Schenck. She is a graduate of Marshall High School. Joan married John Mandt on March 1978 in Las Vegas. She owned Nora’s Two Tavern until selling it in 2001. She worked at Alpenrose Dairy as a bookkeeper, was a very hard worker all her life, enjoyed bowling, ceramics and was an Avon Lady. Joan was an active member of Deerfield Lutheran Church.

Joan is survived by her children Dennis (Jinger) Mandt, Patricia (Darren) Winkler; grandchildren Kari Wagner (Pat Hottman) and Kari’s children Alana, Vanessa and Cal, Renee Mandt (Kuda Lemon) and children Tysean, Taniyia, TaQuayla and Kadience, Amy (Doug) Vike and their children Teigan, Dirkson and Layla , Ashley (Andy) Murray and their children Colton and Avery, Rachel Mandt; 3 great great grandchildren Jamatory, Ariea and Skylo; brother in law Bill (Peggy) Mandt, and Dolores Mandt, she is further survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Jack Mandt, former husband Vernon Mandt, infant son Dale Mandt in 1963, and 3 sisters Doris (Leo) Benesch, Sylvia (Clarence) Vick, Irene (Robert) Herman

A Celebration of Life will be held from 1:00 PM until 4:00 PM on Saturday February 21, 2026, at NORA’S TAVERN,1843 US-12/18, Deerfield, WI 53531.

Memorials may be made to Deerfield Lutheran Church or Agrace HospiceCare.
