Jennivie Brennum

McFarland - Jennivie L. Brennum, age 84, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 1, 2016 at Oregon Manor. She was born on January 7, 1932 in Hub City, Wisconsin to parents Albert and Minnie (Shepard) Sugden.

Jennivie married Lester Brennum on November 25, 1954 in Dodgeville. She enjoyed nature, going trout fishing, hiking, and spending time with her grandchildren. She was a member of Risen Savior Lutheran Church. Jen also enjoyed tending to her garden at home. She will be dearly missed by her family for her kind and loving spirit.

She is survived by her daughters; Nicole Parker, Kathy (Jeff) Saunders, Karen (Pedro) Pena, and Karla Blumer; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; brother, Gilbert (Cis) Sugden; sister; Joan Sugden. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Jen was preceded in death by her parents; husband Lester; 3 brothers; 1 sister.

Funeral service will be held at 10:30 A.M. on Saturday April 9, 2016 at American Legion Post 534, 4911 Burma Rd., McFarland. Visitation will be held from 9:30 A.M. until the time of service on Saturday. Family and friends are invited to a luncheon immediately following the service. Burial will be held at the Eastside Cemetery in Dodgeville.
