Jeffrey Swihart

SCHOFIELD, WI-Jeffrey "Jeff" Alan Swihart, age 57, passed away peacefully on Friday, September 30, 2016 at the UW-Madison Hospital while his mother, Diana, was holding his hand. Jeff was born January 12, 1959 in Sturgis, Michigan to Carl and Diana (nee Wilson) Swihart. Jeff was a graduate of Sturgis High School, Class of 1977. Jeff had made his home in Schofield, Wisconsin for the past several years and work for various construction firms in the area. He loved to go camping and fishing as much as possible.

Jeff is survived by his mother and step-father, Diana and Donald Gragg of Sturgis Michigan; two brothers, Timothy (Marie) Swihart of Southgate, Michigan and Steven Swihart of Sturgis, Michigan; and sister, Lu Ann Scott of Sturgis, Michigan. He is further survived by his step-sister, Tona Molebash of Nappanee, Indiana; two nephews, Dan and John Scott; and many other relatives. He will be dearly missed by his best friends Dave & Mike. Jeff was preceded in death by his farther Carl and both his paternal and maternal grandparents.

Per Jeff's wishes, he will be cremated. Private services will be held.
