Jeanne Wall Shuler, 95, of Middleton, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 29, 2017 at Brookdale Middleton, Senior Living Facility.

She was born on December 14, 1921 in Wausau, WI, the daughter of James J. Wall, Sr. and Frances Fitzpatrick. Jeanne was raised in Wausau and then resided in Madison, WI. She married Elliot E. Shuler in Madison, WI. She was a flight attendant for United Airlines and TWA. She then worked as an IBM Operator before beginning a career at the University of Wisconsin working as the Manager of the Hospital Gift Shop and then in Residential Life. In retirement Jeanne enjoyed spending summers in Egg Harbor, Door County, WI and winters in Naples, FL. Jeanne loved being active, she played tennis and skied. She also enjoyed fashion and socializing with friends.

She is survived by a niece and two nephews. Jeanne is preceded in death by her mother, father, sister; Helen Wall Meyer and brother; James J. Wall, Jr. A special thank you to the staff at Brookdale Middleton for their many years of loving care.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church on Friday, February 17, 2017 at 11:00 am. Entombment will be at Resurrection Cemetery. A visitation will be held at church on Friday from 10:00am until the time of Mass and a luncheon will follow.
