Jane Sagen

Madison - Jane Marie Sagen, age 58, died unexpectedly on Saturday, September 21, 2013.

Jane was born on August 9, 1955 in LaCrosse , the daughter of John and Joan (Richards) Forschler. She graduated from Caledonia High School in Minnesota in 1973 and later with her Associates Degree from MATC.

Jane enjoyed spending time with her cats, Fatty and Sweet Pea, reading, crocheting, doing puzzles, watching movies on Lifetime and paying her late fees at the library.

Jane is survived by her two daughters, Amy (John) Mach and Megan (Jim) Rynes; her father, John Forschler, her siblings, Linda Rayfield, Jim Forschler, Joe (Karen) Forschler, Louise Brink, Heidi (Jack) Owen and Karen Danielson; a special friend, Cassie and many other relatives and friends.

Jane was preceded in death by her mother, Joan Forschler and a daughter in infancy, Katrina Beth.

In her memory, memorials may be directed to the family on her behalf.

Funeral services will take place a the Cress Center, 6021 University Avenue, Madison WI on Friday, September 27, 2013 at 6:00 PM. A visitation will also be held at the funeral home from 2:00 PM until 6:00 PM.

Burial will conclude with graveside services at the Veterans Cemetery in Brownsville MN on Saturday, September 28, 2013 at 1:00 PM.
