James Moyes

Madison-James L. Moyes, age 35, passed away unexpectedly of natural causes on Tuesday, September 25, 2012 at his home. He was born on May 17, 1977 in Madison the son of Roger & Marcia (Fillbach) Moyes. Jim has been a lifelong resident of Madison. He graduated from Madison East High School, Class of 1994. In his spare time he was an avid fan of country western music, camping and the outdoors and loved rooting on the Packers and Brewers. He was noted for his bubbly personality and for giving wonderful hugs and kisses. Jim is survived by his parents, Roger & Marcia; his brothers, Travis (Cytanna) Moyes, Colorado Springs, CO and Clayton Moyes, Madison; maternal grandmother, Virginia Fillbach, Madison; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Marcella & Lawrence Moyes and his maternal grandfather, Monte Fillbach. A funeral honoring his life will be held on Saturday, September 29, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Cress Funeral Home-East. Visitation times at the funeral home are Friday, September 28, 2012 from 4-7:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Committal services will be held in Highland Memory Gardens, Cottage Grove.
