Deerfield- Iver A. Erlandson age 95, passed away on Monday, June 1, 2015 at the London Lodge in Cambridge. He was born in Regan, North Dakota, to Edward and Anna Erlandson. On February 16, 1944 Iver married Elizabeth Beart-Albrecht at the Roman Catholic Church of Dunfermline in Dunfermline Scotland. Iver proudly served his country in the US Army during World War II in the European Theater where he served with the Red Ball Express. He continued his service with the Wisconsin Air National Guard for 16 years. He worked at Madison KIPP Corp. for 21 years. Iver is survived by two children, Jane (Peter) Berg of Lake Mills, and Bernard (Darlene) of Waterloo; grandchildren, Ashley Berg of Lake Mills, Andrew Berg (Kris Barber) of Amsterdam, Netherlands, Anthony (Stephanie) Berg of Cheyenne Wyoming, Peter Berg II of Lake Mills, Michael Erlandson of Lake Mills, and Danielle Erlandson of Sun Prairie; great grandchildren, Anthony, Gregory, and Bradley Berg of Cheyenne Wyoming; and brother, Paul of Fort Atkinson. He was preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth in August 1994; infant daughters, Mary and Dorothy; son, Edward in 1990; Brothers, Oscar, Harry, Charles, Arnold, and Vernon; and sister, Alma Erlandson. Funeral services will be held at 10 AM on Wednesday, June 3, 2015 at Deerfield Lutheran Church, 206 South Main St., Deerfield, with Reverend Larry Sexe officiating. Burial will follow in Highland Memory Gardens. Friends and relatives are invited to a luncheon reception, following the burial, in the church fellowship hall. Visitation will be held from 9 AM until the time of service is Wednesday at church. Memorials may be made to Deerfield Lutheran Church.
