Stoughton- Ingvald P. Phillips, age 96, died on Tuesday, December 8, 2009 at the Skaalen Home in Stoughton. Funeral services will be held at 11:30 AM on Friday, December 11, 2009 at the Skaalen Home Chapel, 400 N. Morris Street, with Rev. James Koza officiating. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery. Friends may greet the family from 11:00 AM until the time of service on Friday.
