Ineas Banker

Madison - Ineas M. Banker, age 90 passed away on Thursday, August 27, 2015. She was born on February 2, 1925 in Baraboo, Wisconsin, the daughter of Elwood I. and Fanny (Burtch) Nealey. Ineas attended East High School and Central High. Ineas is survived by her two daughters; Deborah (Joe) Kunz and Nancy Banker, two grandchildren; Louis Sierra and Darcy Sierra, a great grandchild; Adriannah Sierra, four sisters; Adeline Halsey, Ruth Sharley, Lillan Rickey and Lee Cummings. She was preceded in death by her parents a brother Elwood M. Nealey and a sister; Vicky Nealey.
