Imogene "Jean" Rice

Imogene (Jean) L. Rice passed away peacefully August 16, 2022. She was born January 27, 1930 in Beloit, Wisconsin, the daughter of Theodore and Blanche Petter. She was preceded in death by her sister Virgil, her great granddaughter Louisa Hale and her husband Gordon.

Jean married Gordy June 28, 1952. For the past 40 years, they spent their winters in Palm Desert California and their summers in Madison, Wisconsin. Jean spent her time playing golf, bridge, mahjong, and attending social events. Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with family.

Surviving Jean, are her three children, Gregory, Gary and Madelene (Mitzi), her four grandchildren, Aleasha Berg,  Sarah Hale, Jason Rice and Melissa Rice, and four great grandchildren.

The family requests no flowers, memorials may be made to Agrace Hospice.
