Helen Reynolds

MADISON - Helen S. Reynolds, age 107, passed away at Attic Angel Place in Middleton on Saturday May 30, 2015. She was born August 7, 1907 in Madison to the late Louis and Sophie (Hamacher) Schultz. She was married to the late Henry Reynolds who was the Mayor of Madison from 1961-1965, and was the former owner of Reynolds Transfer and Storage Company.
Helen is survived by her daughter Jean Coatta; her son David (Linda) Reynolds; 11 grandchildren, and many great grandchildren and great- great grandchildren, and a sister Louise (Rick) Hudlow. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Henry Reynolds, son Edward Reynolds, and son-in-law John Coatta.
The family wishes to send a special thank you to Marlene Johnson and the Attic Angel Staff for all of the wonderful care given to Helen over many years.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday June 4, 2015 at FIRST PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH, 5763 County Highway Q, Waunakee, with Rev. Kirk Morledge presiding. Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery. A visitation will be from 10:00 AM until the time of the service at the church on Thursday.
