Helen M. Buckley

Helen M. Buckley, age 99, passed away on Sunday, June 2, 2024.  She was born on February 15, 1925 in Carey, OH to Lester and Pearl (Southward) Putnam.  She married Kenneth A. Buckley, and they had two sons, Kenneth D. and Dennis A. Buckley.

Helen is survived by her son Dennis (Linda) Buckley; daughter-in-law Shirley Buckley; grandsons Gary Buckley, Scott Buckley, and Michael Buckley; granddaughter Jonlyn Anderson; three great granddaughters; and one great-great-granddaughter.  She is further survived by her sisters Lois Smith and Eunice Poteete; sister-in-law Holly Putnam; and many other relatives and friends.  

Helen was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth; son Kenneth; and brother Rollie Putnam.

Helen will be brought to her final place of rest in a private ceremony at Highland Memory Gardens in Cottage Grove.
