Heidi Ellingson

Stoughton - Heidi Marie Ellingson passed away unexpectedly on September 17, 2014 at age 43. Heidi was born on February 18, 1971 in Stoughton and lived there as a child. In her teen years and some of her adult years, she lived in Florida and returned to Wisconsin. She then resided in Black Earth until the time of her passing. Heidi was a longtime employee of the ShoeBox.

Heidi was known for her kind heart and love for people, and enjoyed caring for the elderly. She also loved animals and had many throughout her lifetime.

Heidi loved the ocean, jet skiing, horseback riding, soccer and gymnastics. She also enjoyed spending time with friends and family, and watching movies.

The light of Heidi's life was her son Tristian, and she was a very wonderful and loving mother to him.

Heidi is survived by her mother Bonnie Arn (Lary Arn) of Florida, Father Parker Ellingson (Sheila) of Stoughton, brother Michael Ellingson (Leslie) of Stoughton, grandmother Shirley Arnold of Stoughton, son Tristian Ellingson of Black Earth, daughter Jenna and grandchild and her loving partner Randy (Harv) Olson of Black Earth, as well as many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Heidi was preceded in death by her grandfather Parker Ellingson Sr. and grandmother Leona Ellingson, and grandfather Butch Arnold and Aunt Sharon Olsen.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 noon on Saturday September 27, 2014 at Cress Funeral Home, 206 W. Prospect St., Stoughton. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service on Saturday. Friends and family are invited to a luncheon, immediately following the service at the American Legion Post 59.
