Harvey D. Tesar, age 78, died on Saturday, January 26, 2013 at his home. He was born on June 4, 1934 in Prairie du Chien to Charles and Margaret (Karnopp) Tesar. He married Marjorie (Weber) Pulvermacher on May 21, 1977. Harv was previously employed at Rollermatic Welding and Waunakee Alloy until his retirement. He restored and collected John Deere Tractors and loved to garden and cook meals for everyone.
Survivors include; his wife Marjorie and six children; Jim (Mary) Pulvermacher, Bill (Judy) Pulvermacher, Mary Pulvermacher (friend Francois Raab), Tom (Toni) Pulvermacher, Mike (Lori) Pulvermacher, Julie (Dave) Dresen; 15 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren; one sister Evelyn Hinderleider; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers Lawrence, Kenny, and Clifford.
Friends may call at the Winn-Cress Funeral Home on Thursday, January 31, 2013 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. A private service will be held with burial to take place in St. Martin's Cemetery in Martinsville. Harvey was an amazing husband, stepfather, grandpa and great-grandpa and will be dearly missed. The family wishes to thank their many friends and family and the support of Agrace HospiceCare.
