Harriet Steventon

January 14, 1928 — December 30, 2016

Deforest / Stoughton - Harriet G. Steventon, age 88, passed away on December 30, 2016 at Skaalen Nursing Home following a long illness. Her employment history includes Evco Plastics and Demco. She was one of the original founders of the Yahara River Chorus. She and her husband Raymond lived on a five acre farmette near DeForest from 1963 to 2007.

She is survived by a son, Mark (Lin) Steventon; and two daughters, Diane (Dennis) Peterson and Sheri Steventon (Special friend Jim); ten grandchildren and ten great grandchildren; and one sister.

She is preceded in death by her husband Raymond; daughter, Linda; two brothers and two sisters.

Memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday January 21, 2017 at Skaalen Nursing and Rehab Chapel, 400 N. Morris St., Stoughton, with Rev. James Koza presiding. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the time of service on Saturday.
