Harold Raymond Starks

Harold R Starks, passed away on March 8th 2026 at the age of 80. He was born on December 15th 1945 in Waterloo Wisconsin. Harry was born into a hard working farming family where he grew up doing chores and caring for Belgian horses along with his three brothers and sister. Later on, he, his father, and his brothers were avid horse pullers, winning many awards. Harry was quite adventurous and spent several years owning a successful deli in Colorado. Upon returning to Wisconsin, he began trucking livestock in the tri-state area which he continued for many years. In his retirement years, he settled back into farming, something he had been passionate about his entire life.

Harold is survived by his brother David Starks and his lifelong best friend and mother of three of his children, Karen Kalinoski, his children, Randy, Brittney (Austin), Brigham, Brielle, and his four grandsons, Kal, Axel, Kai'Ri, and Myles, and many relatives and dear friends.

Harry was preceded in death by his mother Marion, father Marvin, brothers Donald, Darwin, and Gerald, and sisters Gloria and Evonne.

Harry will be brought to his final resting place in a graveside service at Sun Prairie Memory Garden Cemetery on April 2nd 2026 at 2pm. A celebration of life will follow directly after at the Sun Prairie VFW.
