Harold Firari

Lake Mills- HAROLD A. FIRARI , 89, passed away peacefully in Lake Mills, WI on March 21. He is survived by his wife Diane and his daughters; Diane Jorgenson (Dale), Sheryl Firari and Janine Rembus, his brother Harvey and his four step children. He was preceded in death by his son James, his parents, sister Vera and brothers Clarence and Ernest Firari.
He will be missed by 11 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren as well as his extended family.

Harold was born in Beaver Dam, the son of William and Emma (Eckstadt) Firari. Following graduation he went into the army and served in the Philippines until the end of WWII.
He married Barbara Andersen in 1949. In 1964 he went to work for the Maytag Company and created American Queensway, a commercial laundry equipment distributorship in Milwaukee.
In 1988 he and Diane Hartmann Taylor were married and have lived in Lake Mills for the past 27 years.
Harold was a terrific salesman, a creative inventor and a kind and fun loving man.

A celebration of his life will be held on May 28 in Lake Mills.
