Grace Warden

Madison - Grace T. (Okray) Warden, age 95, passed away peacefully at her home on Sunday Oct. 4, 2015. She was born Oct. 15, 1919 in Stevens Point to the late Joseph and Helen (Niemczyk) Okray. She married Del Warden on Nov. 28, 1946 in Stevens Point. Grace spent her teaching career in the Wausau area. Grace is survived by her husband of 68 years Del Warden, 7 children: Phillip (Mary), Timothy (Ramona), Cecelia (Tom) Zaccard, Rosemary (Charles) Endean, Joseph (Bernadette), Tom, and Mary (Dan) Goede. 19 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, 1 brother Joseph (Patricia) Okray, and is further survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, 1 son, 4 brothers and 1 sister.
A Mass of Christian Burial will at 11:00 AM on Thursday Oct. 8, 2015 at OUR LADY QUEEN OF PEACE CATHOLIC CHURCH, 401 Owen Dr. Madison, with Fr. Bill Nolan presiding. A visitation will be from 10:00 AM until the time of the service at the church on Thursday.
