Glen Derge

Glen Derge was born to humble parents in Beaver Dam. Throughout his long life, Glen was prudent to make the most of opportunities and always displayed his tremendous smile and humor. He went on to graduate from the University of Wisconsin with degrees in Economics and Statistics and built a long and diverse career within State Government.

Glen enjoyed polka music.  He was an avid traveler despite childhood polio hindering his walking. His wife Eleanor was his constant travel companion. They touched the lives of many everywhere they went. Glen was graced with 4 caring children Jon, Debby, Heidi, and Bruce, who gave him 4 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
