Francisco Rodriguez, Jr., age 65, died unexpectedly Saturday, July 4, 2009 in his home.  He was born September 11, 1943, in Texas, the son of Francisco and Anita ( Valdez) Rodriguez, Sr.  Prior to his retirement, Francisco had been employed by the State of Wisconsin.  Survivors include a sister Idalia R. Perez, 1 nephew Ralph Pickens, Jr. and 2 nieces: Lisa Chavana and Sabrina Pickens all of Texas.  Memorial services will be held at a later date in Madison and Texas.
