In Loving Memory

Evelyn "Evy" Rajkovich, age 79 entered into eternal life on January 19, 2014 at Agrace HospiceCare in Fitchburg, surrounded by her family.
She was born on October 13, 1934 in Milwaukee, the daughter of Joseph and Florence (Moczulski) Muzia.
She was united in marriage to John M. Rajkovich on September 11, 1954 in Milwaukee. Evy worked at Allstate Insurance Company for 41 years. John and Evy raised their family in West Allis. After she and John retired, they moved to their beautiful home on Squash Lake in Rhinelander, where they enjoyed many years. Evy was a warm and caring person and had a zest for life. She brought joy to anyone she met with her sparkling personality, sense of humor and infectious laugh.
Evy is lovingly survived by her daughter Christine (Gregory) Dufek of West Allis, son Mark (Carole) of Brillion and son David (Lisa) of Madison; grandchildren Steven, Jeffrey, Nathan, Jacob, Erin and Andrew; brother Joseph Muzia; sister in laws Jean Muzia, Lorraine Albair, Betty Rajkovich and dear friend Betty Hadl. She also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, cousins and good friends. Evy was preceded in death by her husband John, brothers Richard and Eugene; and sister Virginia.

A Memorial Mass for Evy will be held 3:30pm, Tuesday, January 28, 2014 at St. Albert the Great Catholic Church, 2420 S. Albert Drive, Sun Prairie. Visitation will be held at the church from 2:00pm until time of mass.

In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated to the family, American Cancer Society or Agrace HospiceCare.

The family would like to extend a special "thank you" to Clem Schwartz, Evy's special friends at Crowne Point and Agrace HospiceCare for all their love, compassion and dedicated support.

Mom will be dearly missed and will be forever in our hearts.
