Madison - Dr. Elizabeth C. "Beth" Jennings, Ph.D., 47, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, January 30, 2018. Beth was born in Oak Park, IL and graduated from Hoffman Estates High School, Hoffman Estates, IL. She received her B.A. from the University of Illinois, her Masters in Psychology from Boston College, and her Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. Beth lived in Madison, WI and had her own Psychology Practice on the Eastside of Madison, specializing in counseling and psychology.
Beth is survived by her husband, Scott, and their children, Simon and Tate; her parents, Robert and Kathleen Cieslak of Northbrook, IL; two sisters, Christine Wolf of Evanston, IL, and Mary Cieslak (Steve) Wade of Portland, OR; nieces and nephews, Henry, Maggie, and Nathan Wolf, and Oliver Wade.
Beth was a kind and loving person who always put the needs of others before her own. She loved animals and fishing and always had concern for the underdog.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, April 7, 2018 at the East Side Club in Madison, Wisconsin from 12:00 Noon until 4:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the family for Beth's children's education.
