Effie Johnson

McFarland- Effie M. Johnson, age 91, passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 5, 2017 in Missoula, MT. She was born in Macon, MO on June 9, 1925, the daughter of Joseph and Bertha Buirch.

Effie is survived by her son, Edward (Sherri) Schmidt; grandson, Steve (Leanne) Schmidt; great grandchildren, Jessica and Thomas Schmidt, Conor, Anders, and Nolan Riordan; step granddaughter, Sherri Johnson and her son Josh; brother, Leslie (Shirley) Buirch; and numerous extended relatives. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Darrell Johnson; daughter-in-law, Janice; granddaughter, Stacy Riordan; step grandson, Darrell Johnson; and sister, Marie Stever.

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, February 13, 2017 at Riverside Cemetery in Stoughton.
